Jeff Kendrew, Chief Executive Officer
Mr Kendrew was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2007 and was previously Babcock & Brown Infrastructure's Chief Operating Officer Energy. In this role Mr Kendrew supported the acquisition team for a number of BBI's assets and was responsible for their integration. His primary duty was the oversight of BBI's energy infrastructure operations and their asset management. He also holds the roles of Director and Deputy Chairman of various BBI subsidiary company Boards.
Prior to joining BBI, Mr Kendrew was employed at BBI's largest asset, Powerco, as General Manager, Corporate Development. Mr Kendrew's role was to expand Powerco's operations through mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. He took on this position in March 2001 after holding operational management roles with Powerco.
Prior to that Mr Kendrew was the General Manager, Operations for Wairarapa Electricity Limited. Mr Kendrew has also project managed a number of large infrastructure projects including Powerco's Tasmanian greenfields gas development and New Zealand's' first commercial wind farm at Hau Nui. Mr Kendrew has been a Director on various industry associations and was Powerco's representative on the Gas Association of New Zealand Board.
Mr Kendrew is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD) and a member of Electrical Engineers New Zealand. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Canterbury (Christchurch) and a MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University.

Jonathon Sellar, Chief Financial Officer
Mr Sellar joined Prime Infrastructure in November 2002. From 1 July 2005, Mr Sellar was re-employed by BBIM firstly as the BBI Group Financial Controller before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in September 2005 under the management agreements between BBI and BBIM. His most recent role prior to joining BBI was Project Controller of InterGen's Australian power stations. Prior to this role at InterGen, Mr Sellar was Senior Audit Manager (Energy & Mining) at PricewaterhouseCoopers Brisbane which included a two and a half year secondment to the United Kingdom.
Mr Sellar holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane), and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1996.

Michael Ryan, General Counsel and Company Secretary
Mr Ryan joined Prime Infrastructure in April 2004. From 1 July 2005, Mr Ryan was re-employed by BBIM and remains in the role of BBI General Counsel and Company Secretary under the management agreements between BBI and BBIM. Prior to joining BBIL Mr Ryan worked as a lawyer in the corporate group of the Australian based international law firm, Freehills. In private practice, Mr Ryan advised on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general corporate and commercial law issues, with an industry focus on energy, resources and infrastructure.
Mr Ryan is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of International Business and Bachelor of Laws with first class honours from Griffith University, Queensland as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Michael Cummings, Chief Operating Officer - Energy Transmission and Distribution
Mr Cummings was appointed Chief Operating Officer - Energy Transmission and Distribution in February 2008. Prior to joining BBI, Mr Cummings was Divisional CEO - Gas for Vector Limited, an energy infrastructure company in New Zealand, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's gas business including processing, transmission, distribution and sales.
Mr Cummings has gained significant international experience in the energy industry having held several senior commercial, regulatory and technical roles and has successfully managed a number of integration and expansion projects.
A Chartered Engineer, Mr Cummings is also a member of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (NZ), the Institute of Gas Engineers NZ and the NZ Institute of Management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh and is a Graduate of the Strategic Leadership Programme at Millbrook, NZ.

Toby Beaglehole, General Manager, Corporate Development
Mr Beaglehole joined Prime Infrastructure in November 2004. From 1 July 2005, Mr Beaglehole was re-employed by BBIM to oversee BBI's risk & compliance program under the management agreements between BBI and BBIM. In March 2008, Mr Beaglehole took responsibility for Corporate Development, to build the medium to long term capabilities of BBI and its assets in areas such as governance, procurement and sustainability.
Mr Beaglehole joined BBI from Meridian Energy, NZ's largest electricity generator, in November 2004. With over ten years experience in risk and audit and IT disciplines, Mr Beaglehole has worked variously for Ernst & Young, KPMG and New Zealand's Inland Revenue Department. Mr Beaglehole's background encompasses insurance, enterprise risk, governance and assurance along with forensic IT and security.
Mr Beaglehole holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economic History from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. His professional memberships include the Risk Management Institution of Australasia and Institute of Internal Auditors and Graduate membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Gray, Group Financial Controller
Mr Gray joined Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Limited in November 2005. Prior to joining Babcock & Brown Infrastructure, Mr Gray was employed with the international accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where he was a Client Director in the Assurance and Advisory division. Mr Gray was with Deloitte for 10 years including two years on secondment to the United Kingdom.
Mr Gray has a Bachelor of Business (International Trade) from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Commerce from University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Eric Kolatchew, Group Projects Director and Acting Chief Executive DBCT
Mr Kolatchew joined Prime Infrastructure in November 2004. From 1 July 2005, Mr Kolatchew was re-employed by BBIM and remains in the role of Group Project Director under the management agreements between BBI and BBIM. Mr Kolatchew was also appointed Acting Chief Executive of BBI's Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) business in January 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of DBCT including the expansion. With extensive experience as a project management specialist and one of the country's leading project directors, Mr Kolatchew has a wealth of experience working on some of the largest industrial projects undertaken in Australia. He has been involved with a variety of projects exceeding a combined value of $6 billion.
Mr Kolatchew holds a Bachelor of Engineering honours (mechanical) degree from the University of Newcastle, and is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, and a Registered Professional Engineer for Queensland.

Helen Liossis, Investor Relations Manager
Ms Liossis was appointed Investor Relations Manager of BBI in July 2006. In this role she supports the CEO, Jeff Kendrew, and is responsible for managing all external communications to the media and investment community. Prior to joining the company, Ms Liossis was Group Strategy and Analysis Manager for Telstra, Technology, Innovation and Product. While at Telstra Ltd, Ms Liossis also held various senior management roles in strategy, planning and investor relations. Prior to Telstra, Ms Liossis spent seven years at Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd in senior finance roles and led various financial projects in Indonesia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand.
Ms Liossis holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, has been a CPA (associate) member since 1988 and is a Justice of the Peace.

Adriaan van Jaarsveldt, General Manager - Regulation
Mr van Jaarsveldt was appointed General Manager Regulation of BBI in December 2006. He is responsible for regulatory strategy and the management of regulatory risk across the group. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Prior to joining BBI he was the national leader of Ernst & Young's Regulatory Practice. He led a national team of regulatory specialists to provide advice to regulated businesses, regulators and government.
Previously Mr van Jaarsveldt was Managing Director of Global & Corporate, a management consulting firm, and held senior positions at KPMG in Australia and the United Kingdom. In these roles he provided strategic, regulatory, policy, economic and financial advice, on restructures, privatisations and other transactions in the energy, water and transport sectors. He has worked on projects in Australia, Cambodia, Fiji, the UK, Russia, Ukraine, India, the USA, South Africa, and Zambia.

Anthony Vaughan, General Manager - Asset Planning
Mr Vaughan was appointed General Manager Asset Planning of Babcock & Brown Infrastructure in July 2007. He is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the asset planning processes of BBI subsidiaries. Mr Vaughan's background ranges from technical policy, justification, design and construction to operations and maintenance of infrastructure assets. Prior to joining BBI Mr Vaughan spent eight years in the energy industry with AGL, Agility and Alinta in a number of senior Engineering Asset Management roles. The assets managed included gas transmission, gas distribution and power generation across Australia.
Prior to joining the energy industry Mr Vaughan spent fifteen years in the coal mining industry with senior operational roles in both open cut and underground coalmines for BHP and Shell in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland. He was responsible for constructing and maintaining assets ranging from coal handling and preparation plant, open cut mining fleets through to specialised underground longwall mining equipment.
Mr Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Queensland Institute of Technology, a Graduate Diploma and a Masters in Maintenance Management both from Central Queensland University. He is in the process of completing a PhD in Leadership in the management of assets. He is a certified professional engineer with the Institute of Engineers, Australia and member of Asset Management Council.

Dare Whalley, Group Treasurer
Mr Whalley joined Babcock & Brown in June 2006 as Treasurer - Specialised Funds, before moving into the role of Group Treasurer, Babcock & Brown Infrastructure in February 2007. Prior to joining Babcock & Brown Mr Whalley was a Director at UBS Debt Capital Markets and was employed at ANZ Banking Group, where he was responsible for senior client coverage in the utilities and infrastructure sectors in New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT.
Prior to that Mr Whalley spent seven and a half years with TXU Australia and has also worked at Portfolio Partners and Cuscal Limited. During a seventeen-year career in finance, Mr Whalley has accumulated extensive experience in asset and liability management, corporate finance, domestic and offshore debt capital markets and institutional banking.
Mr Whalley has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business, Economics and Finance (with Distinction) from RMIT University.
