- Powerco - an electricity and gas distribution business with networks in New Zealand and Tasmania, Australia;
- IEG - a natural gas and LPG distribution and supply business in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands*, Isle of Man and Portugal; and
- Cross Sound Cable - an HVDC transmission cable that links the electricity grids of New York and New England in the USA;
