Distributions
It is the current intention of the Directors to make regular, half-yearly distributions to BBI securityholders from the available net cash flows.
The expected amount and key dates for the distributions are advised via ASX announcements made in late June and late December with payments being made in February and August.
Currently the key dates relating to the final FY2007 distribution are as follows:
- The record date for entitlement to the distribution will be 31 December 2007
- The actual final distribution will be confirmed in late February 2008 following the release of BBI's half year results
- The payment of the distribution is expected to occur on or about 29 February 2008
On 12 December 2007, BBI confirmed that its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (”DRP”) which was suspended in June 2007 will be reinstated for the distribution for the six month period to 31 December 2007 and for all subsequent distributions until further notice.
To participate in the DRP, please read the detailed terms and conditions contained in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan Rules booklet, and complete the Application Form.
The record date for participation in the DRP for the HY2008 distribution is 8 February 2008.
All distributions paid to date have been paid from the Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Trust (BBIT), as detailed below. No dividends have been declared by Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Management Limited.

Note: The final payment of 30 cents for partly paid stapled securities was paid on 1 July 2003. Following payment of this final payment, all partly paid stapled securities became fully paid stapled securities on 9 July 2003. All future distributions will be based on fully paid securities.
